T. Christopher Bulger - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Bulger provides financial and management consulting to a number of companies, including: Flint Business Acceleration, a transformation catalyst for entrepreneurial organizations; Zeno Global Limited, a revolutionary out of home advertising medium; and Megawheels Technologies Inc., a software and solutions provider to the online classified advertising industry. From December 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Bulger was President and Chief Executive Officer of eLab Technology Ventures Inc., a top quartile performing e-commerce venture capital fund. Mr. Bulger served as Executive Vice President of the Corporation from September 1998 to December 1999 and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation from April 1996 to September 1998. He was a partner with HDL Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based merchant bank which specializes in the venture capital sector from 1993 until 1999. Mr. Bulger is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).

Duncan Copeland
Mr. Copeland is a founding director of the company and was named CEO in July, 2007. He has been a member of the faculties of the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and Georgetown University. He has also provided information technology and management consulting services to leading private and public sector organizations over the years, such as American Airlines, Bank of Montreal, IBM, and the government of Canada. Mr. Copeland holds a doctorate from the Harvard Business School.

Jim Moskos
Mr. Moskos is COO of the company and has spent more than 20 years in the management, development, delivery and deployment of large scale, mission-critical, information technology solutions for a wide array of clients. Mr. Moskos was a recipient of the 1996 and 1998 Canadian Information Productivity Award from Canadian Business Magazine, the 1995 Smithsonian Innovator Award for Information Technology and the 1995 Government Technology Achievement Award. He is also a two-time recipient of the Deputy Minister's Outstanding Achievement Award.

Darroch (Rick) Robertson
Mr. Robertson has been an Associate Professor of Business at the Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario, for the past five years. He is also the Director of the undergraduate HBA program at the Ivey School. Mr. Robertson is a director and chair of the audit committee of Stackpole Ltd., a TSX-listed company. Mr. Robertson is also an elected member of council for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, where he currently serves on the audit committee and by-laws committee.
